l Review bulletins, CCD’s, ASI’s RFI responses for:
- Completeness, contractibility, compliance and potential cost impacts.
l Facilitate RFIs (request for information) based upon:
- Incomplete or inaccurate contract documents, based upon unforeseen field conditions or design changes.
- Code and or compliancy requirements.
l Oversee installation of various equipment and systems to ensure:
- Installation meets contract documents as well as manufactures recommendations.
- Adequate access has been provided for facility staff and required inspections.
l Attend meetings to help facilitate timely resolutions and provide alternate solutions.
l Preform walk through's:
- Generate punch lists, following up to ensure items have been corrected.
- Ensure daily mark ups are up to date.
l Facilitation and or the generation of as-built's from field daily markup drawings.
l Assist with the vendor and or factory start up’s
l Assist with the commissioning process.
l Review close out documentation (as-built's, O&M manuals, test reports, etc.) to 
ensure completeness.
